Dubbed the Second Annual Matt Calvert Charity Shootout – presented by KidSport – Calvert will look to improve upon the $50,000.00 donated to the Brandon Regional Health Centre’s Palliative Care Unit from the inaugural event in 2017. Funds raised at the 2018 shootout will be presented to KidSport.

The tourney will be held at Wheat City Golf Course on McDonald Avenue before transitioning to the formal portion of the evening at the Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre, situated at 3550 Victoria Avenue Thursday, which will run from 5:00 – 9:00 P.M.

A number of fellow NHL players – of past and present – will be in attendance. Also featured on Thursday will be a live auction, music and many prizes.
