Wheat Kings’ Prospects Camp Opens Friday

The three-day spectacle will see an array of young Western Hockey League hopefuls run through the ringer, participating in on-ice skill sessions, practices, power skating, and scrimmages, to go along with off-ice workouts and information sessions designed to help the young athletes better prepare themselves for the rigours of daily WHL life.

Earlier this spring, the Wheat Kings selected 10 players in the annual WHL Bantam Draft – four of which hail from Manitoba. These players, along with countless others have been invited to participate in the weekend festivities.
